Hi,

I signed up for a week of free trial last Friday.  It was great.  I watched day and night throughout the weekend.  There was no problem, but starting yesterday, all channels started lagging.  The screen keeps pausing every few seconds.  I really would like to subscribe the service but if the screen keeps on lagging, it would definitely be a big concern.  Can Tech Support look into this issue?

hi there,
Thank you very much for the feedback.  Our network guy has checked your internet connectivity and learned that there might be delay in between.  We therefore updated your setting to use our other service site.

All you need to do is exit out the watching session by clicking Home on the top menu, and than re-enter back to use the updated setting.

Hi Amy,

Thank you for the quick response.  I tried it and every logged out and signed back in, but it still lags every 30 to 60 seconds.  Is there any way to improve the quality?  My parents are coming to the States pretty soon.  I would really like to have this service so they enjoy enjoy the TV programs.

I'm watching TVBS right now.  The quality is really bad.  It lags about every  5 - 10 seconds. Can you help?
