我訂閱貴網站服務一段時間，但是最近網路連線品質愈來愈差，尤其是周末的時候，根本無法好好的看完一個節目，每隔幾秒畫面就會凍結，請盡快修復這個連線問題，謝謝。

I will have our network engineer to trace and optimize the best network for you.  

Recently we have placed dedicated services at East coast (D.C.) and Southern (Dallas). This is for paid subscribers only in the effect to better our service.  This is the only network change that might cause you the trouble.  In the mid-time, I have updated your prefer server back to West coast (because it was working best for you according to your description).

All you need to do is to exit out the viewing session to make the change effective.  Please let us know if it's better.

連線問題已經改善許多。 但是當我看Hi-HD頻道的時候，幾乎都只有畫面沒有聲音，有時有些頻道也會有這樣的問題，煩請盡快改善，謝謝。

謝謝您的回報。我們有注意到這個問題，也已下work order來重新啟動此設備。
