Roku 2 XS can't open 5ik.tv channel

Hi,

I just purchase 1 year member and tried to see 5ik.tv on Roku.
It's used to work (free trial). But now I can't open it anymore.

Please help!!

By the way, I did remove the channel and add it back again, still no luck.

1. 5ik.tv on browser works fine. (In the same network)
2. Click "5ik.tv" from Roku home screen no response.
3. Click "5ik.tv" from "Channel Store" and select "Open Channel", screen will become black but nothing else even wait for 10 mins.

We are checking our service site at Dallas and it's related networking, which has no such problem until yesterday. Please allow us a couple hours to fix/restore the Dallas service.

We will also credit your the total lost time as the problem resolved.

Can't open the channel at all...

And I also check using the web browser. It works fine.

I tried to remove the channel and reinstall it. But it didn't show the "Activation Code" screen, too....

I have checked your account and the Roku registration.  Your account doesn't appeal to have Roku registered.

Could you let us know your Roku serial number for us to locate it?

Dear Jeffrey,
We are able to locate the Roku, which is under another account that is expired.  We have updated the linking to your up-to-date account and you should able to use it now.

Please press home button on the Roku remote to have the change effective.
