Can't connect to video server and frequent stops in video stream

For the past few days, I'm encountering frequent errors with the Roku App not being able to connect to the video server. When it does connect and I can view a channel, but the video stream will frequently stop with the loading bar, and never resume. The 5ik.tv website has also been unreachable and I can't submit a support ticket.

Is there a network issue at 5ik.tv? and when will it be resolved?

I have been facing the same problem recently on Roku. I can't even enter the channel list!

When I click on the 5ik app it just waits on the loading screen for 10 secs. Then it displays the Cannot connect to video service error message. I can usually go back to the Roku home screen and keep trying to load the app. Eventually it would be able to load to the main screen with My account and Watch TV buttons.

This has been going on for a week now.
