Looks like your trial has expired. I have extended your account for you to test.
So far we haven't have any issue with Roku2, it should work smoothly just like other devices such as computer, iPad, or so. You might use them to help clarify the issue.

Hi,
I have signed in for free trial last week and 1st day of trial seemed good. However I am trying to watch TV again via Roku 2 and found there is no connection at all. My free trial is not expired yet, is there anything wrong with the system?
