I'm having troubling streaming on my HTC One.  It worked for a while, but for some reason wouldn't now.  It starts buffering, then stops in half a second and does nothing after that.  Would you fix it please?!

If you would, please send us the following info to help resolving the problem quicker:

1. the Android version on the device (e.g. Android 4.1)
2. HTC version

I have the same problem too. It used to work fine, but stopped playing few days ago.

Hi all,
We have determined the problem. It's caused by the built-in media player by HTC One, which is what we used across all Android devices.   We will replace the built-in media player in next release.

In the mid-time, here's how to use the HTC One device:

1. Install VPlayer (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.abitno.vplayer.t&hl=en)
2. Install Google Chrome (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.chrome)
3. Open Chrome and navigate to http://5ik.tv
4. Sign in using your 5ik.TV account
5. Click one of the channel you like to watch
6. Android will prompt to choice default media player.  Make sure to use VPlayer

If there's any other device that is experiencing the same problem, please be sure to let us know.
