How to change 5ik.tv account?

Hi, I've used one email account to try out the demo.  But I used another email to subscribe.  Now, the demo has expired and I can't change to subscribed account.  Please help.   I tried removing channel and add it back, but account still stays the same.

You can log out the demo account and log in using the desired account.

I'm referring to Roku's 5iktv channel being permanently logged in as demo account.  I'm not able to log out of my demo 5iktv channel account on Roku.

Has this problem been resolved? I have the same concern. I can't log out my Roku 5ik.tv but I want to purchase subscription by using another email.

I have a free subscription and there is no way to cancel it.  The support page says it's easy to cancel anytime, but in fact there is NO way to cancel, on my account page.  And the support phone number in San Francisco is just an answering machine, and they don't call back.  I don't want to be automatically billed because I couldn't cancel my subscription in time.  
I have also emailed 5ik.tv 3 times and haven't received an answer.

Hi Mike,
There's no need to cancel unless you have paid subscription.   As you register an account, we provide free try out for you to ensure the service.  

If our service is not for you, you can simply let the free try out slides.  Or you can become a subscriber so that the TV service will last and remind operation.

Amy's answer is exactly the problem I am facing. I love your service, to be honest, but I would never use my regular email address for any trail subscription. Your design doesn't allow me to change my account even once. In the meantime, I won't consider to start my monthly subscription until I am sure the new account can used on my Roku TV.

Advise is token.

We hate spam -- as result we don't or help spamming.

At the same time, we find that we spend too much time dealing with hacking/fake account.  So please bear with us if design is not as smooth as it should be.

The support page implies that the service will automatically begin to be charged after the free subscription ends, and I really didn't want to go through that since I don't read or speak Chinese and therefore don't need the service.
